Since 2012, Keensight has been a signatory of the PRI, the Principles for Responsible Investment, promoted by the United Nations, and actively participates in its annual reporting campaign, events, and workshops. Moreover, our ESG Director is a member of the Investor Reference Group on Corporate Reporting.
Keensight is a member of Invest Europe, the association representing Europe’s private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure sectors, as well as their investors. Invest Europe plays an important role in building awareness of the industry and contributing to policy across the continent.
In 2022, Keensight became a signatory to the UN Global Compact, a strategic initiative for businesses that are dedicated to aligning their operations and strategies with ten universally-accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption.
In 2014, Keensight renewed its commitment to France Invest’s guidelines by signing the “Investors for Growth” Charter and in 2020 we became a signatory of the France Invest “Gender Parity” Charter. We are also members of the Sustainable Finance working group.
In 2022, Keensight became a sponsor of Level 20, an organization dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry. We regularly participate and engage in their programs (events, presentation, mentoring, etc.).
In 2016, Keensight became a signatory of Initiative Climat International (iCI), a global practitioner-led community of private equity firms and investors that seek to understand and manage the risks associated with climate change.
In 2022, Keensight committed to the ESG Data Convergence Initiative, which seeks to advance best practices for the collection, processing, and reporting of ESG performance data. The initiative aims to reduce the complexity surrounding ESG data collection and reporting and to ensure investors have access to consistent and accurate ESG data.

Prior to Keensight, he spent 5 years with the Rothschild group as a senior investment director of R Capital Management, the investment arm of the Rothschild Group dedicated to growth companies. R Capital Management became Keensight after its Managing Partners acquired Rothschild Group’s stake in the company.
Prior to Rothschild, he was a Principal at Partech International, a leading French/US investment firm focused on IT.
Philippe has a solid professional background in the Telecom industry where he fulfilled a variety of roles at Corvis Corporation, Algety Telecom and Nortel.
Philippe is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds an Engineering degree from Telecom Paris.
Prior to joining Keensight Capital, Ana held the position of Senior Manager at EY, specializing in ESG and Sustainable Finance with a focus on Private Equity. Her areas of expertise range across ESG policies, non-financial reporting and KPI management.
Before this position, Ana was an International Affairs and Sustainability Manager at Atrevia, working on a diverse set of projects in sustainable development, CSR, and public affairs, for international multilateral financing organizations and private European companies.
She holds a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and an MBA from EAE Business School. Also, she has the CFA ESG Investing certification from the CFA Institute.
Keensight has established an ESG Committee, which holds the responsibility of monitoring the implementation of our ESG strategy and associated actions. The committee also presents performance indicators and follow-up reports to the Board. This structured approach ensures that relevant sustainability and ESG topics are effectively channeled to the appropriate governance bodies for more effective oversight.
