Bruno FRITSCH

Bruno is a Partner, Head of Keensight Performance and Head of Asia at Keensight Capital.

Bruno leads the value creation group and focuses on partnering with management teams to drive profitable growth and performance improvement. He also leads the development of Keensight’s activities in Asia and provides active support to portfolio companies in their expansion plans in the region, whether through business development or M&A.

Bruno brings over 20 years of consulting and private equity experience with a proven track record in cross-border value creation for European portfolio companies across Asia-Pacific.

Prior to Keensight, Bruno spent 14 years with Wendel, where he was notably Managing Director in the investment team and Head of Asia in Singapore. He originated and executed multiple mid- and large-cap transactions in Europe and in Asia in the TMT and Industrials sectors and co-led the global team of Operating Partners. He has served on numerous boards in Europe and Asia.

Bruno started his career with Bain & Company in the Private Equity and TMT practices. He then moved to Hong Kong to join a business accelerator where he advised European technology companies in scaling up their operations in Asia.

Bruno graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
