Sandra MATAS

Sandra is Director of Legal Affairs at Keensight Capital.

Prior to joining Keensight, Sandra was the Senior Legal Counsel at Omnes Capital, where her work focused on investment fund structuring and negotiations. She also provided investment teams with legal support for reviewing and negotiating legal documentation regarding investments and exits.

Before this, Sandra was a lawyer at the Paris bar, working for 15 years in French and UK law firms, where she advised equity and mezzanine debt funds on their LBO and capital growth transactions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management and International Business Law from Universite Paris-Dauphine-PSL and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universite Paris-Pantheon-Assas.
