Prior to joining Keensight Capital, Lea spent six years at Committed Advisors where she was involved in fund management and investor relations.

Lea started her career at RSM as a Financial Auditor, focused on the private equity industry.

Lea graduated with a Master’s degree in International Finance from IAE Aix-Marseille.
