Yujuan LIU

Yujuan is a Director at Keensight, dedicated to the Asian market.

A Chinese native, Yujuan spent 7 years in Sino-French fund Cathay Capital as a member of the investment team. During that period, she carried out several majority and minority investments and followed up numerous portfolio companies in their development in China.

After that Yujuan founded Yak!, a consulting firm supplying advisory for French companies in their M&A transactions and business developments in China.

Yujuan holds a Master degree of Corporate Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.
