Rafe is a Director at Keensight, responsible for M&A activities across the portfolio. He brings 10 years of investment banking and financial services experience.
Prior to joining Keensight, Rafe was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in their Technology Investment Banking team in London where he covered and advised companies from a range of tech verticals, including software and e-commerce, on M&A and raising capital.
Prior to J.P. Morgan he spent over 6 years at Barclays Investment Bank within their TMT and FIG sector teams.
Rafe holds a degree in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.
