Nina CARPANINI

Nina is a Director at Keensight Capital, responsible for providing support to Keensight Capital’s portfolio companies, enabling them to hire the best talents in the market.

Prior to joining Keensight Capital, Nina was Managing Director at Stott and May, a Global Search business, headquartered in London, where she ran the firm’s European activities.

During the 9 years she spent at Stott and May, she led the operational teams across Sales and Business services as well as managing and delivering Executive appointments, across the European Technology Ecosystem. In this role, Nina built a strong, referenceable track record for hiring exceptional leaders across Europe, specialising in Finance, Sales, People, Operations and Technology.

She also worked extensively with Keensight Capital and some of their portfolio companies; successfully recruiting over 25 hires for them in the last 3 years.

Nina started her career working for a global recruitment business and now has over 15 years’ experience in partnering with clients to secure exceptional international talent.
