Cathy Ward is an Operating Partner at Keensight.

With 27 years’ experience in the tech industry and a diverse career working internationally across Europe, as well as Asia Pacific and Japan, Cathy has a proven track record and deep understanding of enterprise software and services.

Cathy is the Former Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SAP Asia Pacific Japan. She was responsible for orchestrating the company’s operating model and its evolution to cloud and digital, driving customer lifetime value, and enabling a growing and resilient subscription business.

Originally from the U.K., Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, U.K., and is a certified executive coach (AoEC).
