Carl PENG

Carl is an Operating Partner and APAC Special Advisor at Keensight.

He is a seasoned healthcare investor with strong commercial and operational expertise, with over 20 years of cross-industry and cross-functional experience, notably in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Carl was previously Vice President of Fosun Pharma Group, where he led a number of major cross-border acquisitions followed by successful post-merger integration that helped Fosun Pharma expand its global footprint significantly.

Prior to Fosun Pharma, he held various commercial positions with GlaxoSmithKline, including regional roles in China and Canada, as well as a global role in London.

Carl started his career in the Electronic MFG industry with Foxconn Group, where he held various positions in supply chain and operational management.

Carl holds an MBA from CEIBS and a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
